Optimized Lead Management: Lead management within HubSpot was optimized through automation:
- Lead statuses are automatically adjusted based on actions taken by contacts.
- Contacts enter automated follow-up flows based on actions like form submissions or booking of appointments.
- Contacts are assigned to different offices and personalized email flows based on criteria such as financial capability, location, and information they leave on forms.

Integration of Social Media and Advertising Platforms: We connected all social media channels and advertising platforms to HubSpot for comprehensive reporting:
- Detailed quarterly and annual reports track which channels generate the best leads.
- Attribution reporting helps determine which channels perform best.
- Granular analysis of campaign performance on different channels within HubSpot.
Results
The private bank significantly improved operational efficiency through HubSpot, enabling seamless alignment between marketing and sales processes via automated lead statuses. The automation of event management processes resulted in more efficient handling of events, from registration to follow-up.
